So no you can not enter the same 3 UPC codes for each entry. You can enter a UPC again as long as it is used with 2 different UPC codes than you have entered before.
You can also get 3 free UPC codes without purchase by emailing an essay to request them. You can do this daily. All the details are in the rules of the contest.
