Enter your unique code from your Food Basics receipt and complete the entry form to be entered. With a unique receipt code you can enter 5 times per day per email address.
You can also enter using the no purchase needed entry option.
The no purchase entry option is an emailed essay of 200 words explaining what you like about your shopping experience at Food basics. Make sure to include in that email your complete first and last name, your full mailing address and a phone number you can be reached at.
