Enter monthly for your chance to win a $1000 Metro gift card! You can enter 4 times a month using the special code on your Metro grocery store receipt. Your survey access code on your receipt is only valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Anything past the 7 days can not be used to enter the contest. You can only enter once every 7 days, any subsequent entries will be disqualified.
You can enter if you shopped in store and got a receipt or shopped online for pick up or delivery and have a survey code from that receipt.
You can also enter using the no purchase needed option by clicking I don't have a survey access code.
Winners will need to provide a government ID to claim their prize. Watch your emails every month to see if you are a lucky winner of a $1000 Metro gift card.
